Description
Responsible for final assembly of equipment (agricultural, snow removal, construction). Prepare, assemble, and adjust mechanical and hydraulic components to deliver reliable products that meet specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical units according to plans and instructions.
- Prepare, check, and organize assembly materials.
- Perform tightening, basic greasing, and final adjustments.
- Read and interpret plans and measurements.
- Safely use pneumatic, manual tools and handling equipment (overhead crane, forklift).
- Control quality and follow checklists.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Profile
- High school diploma or related training in mechanics/assembly.
- Good physical condition and manual skills.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Team player.
- Interest in manufacturing.
- Successful completion of a hiring test.
