Description
Key role in ensuring the quality and durability of our finished products through the application of electrostatic powder coating: preparation, application, and inspection of coatings on parts to guarantee a uniform, aesthetic finish that meets the company’s high standards.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare parts: cleaning and optimal organization of lots to be painted.
- Apply electrostatic powder coating while respecting parameters of thickness, uniformity, and performance.
- Adjust, calibrate, and maintain equipment (electrostatic spray gun, oven, conveyors).
- Perform start-up inspections and record required controls.
- Optimize paint usage by reducing waste and maintaining a high level of visual quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Contribute to team versatility by assisting in different production sectors when needed.
Profile
- Good physical condition and strong interest in manual work, manufacturing, and robotics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial painting, ideally in electrostatic powder coating.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and consistency in process application.
- Ability to adapt, solve technical problems, and work as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a hiring test.
