Description
Key role in machining complex parts on CNC machines. Responsible for preparing, setting up, programming, and operating equipment to produce accurate parts that meet specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, program, and operate CNC machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Set up and adjust tools and machining parameters.
- Produce and inspect parts to required tolerances.
- Make adjustments and corrections during production.
- Optimize machining programs and methods.
- Mentor and support junior machinists.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
Profile
- Vocational diploma in machining or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC experience.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and CNC programming.
- Precision, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
